Can I return my crystal?

Per our Returns & Refunds Policy, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted due to crystal characteristics or a change of mind. All sale items are final and non-returnable unless they have a significant defect. However, returns may be considered for special circumstances at the discretion of Bellino Gems LLC. Please contact us at info@bellinogems.com to discuss your situation.

Each crystal is a unique natural mineral with distinct patterns, inclusions, and crystalline structures. Variations in appearance, such as tiny fissures, pits, or markings, are normal and reflect the natural beauty of hand-cut crystals. Our designs highlight the inherent crystalline structure rather than aiming for a glass-like finish.

What if an item is missing from my order?

First, check if the item is tucked within the packaging, such as bubble wrap or padding, as smaller items like accessories or tumbled stones may be nestled inside.

If you still can’t find it, please email us at info@stonedmaiden.com with your order number and details of the missing item, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

What if my crystal arrives broken?

As stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we take great care to ensure your crystals arrive in perfect condition, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your crystal arrives damaged, please email us at info@bellinogems.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, such as a replacement or refund for significant defects, or consider special circumstances for other resolutions.

Why didn’t I receive my order number or shipping confirmation email?

Check your junk or spam folders, as automated emails may occasionally end up there. You can mark info@bellinogems.com and info@stonedmaiden.com and info@stonedcrystals  as a “safe” sender to ensure future emails reach your inbox.

If you still can’t find the email, contact us at info@bellinogems.com with the name and/or email used at checkout, and we’ll locate your order details and resend the confirmation.

Can I cancel my order if I’ve changed my mind?

Per our Returns & Refunds Policy, all orders are final. We are generally unable to cancel orders due to a change of mind, even if the order has not yet shipped. However, special circumstances may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us at info@bellinogems.com to discuss your request.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, Bellino Gems LLC is committed to environmentally conscious packaging. Most of our packaging is biodegradable, including bubble wrap, packing peanuts, boxes, and tape. Our packing peanuts, made from naturally sourced cornstarch, decompose in compost, gardens, or can be dissolved in water for use on your lawn or garden.

The only non-biodegradable components are soft foam and plastic pockets used for international order slips, which should be recycled where possible. We are continuously working toward a 100% biodegradable solution as technology advances.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

How do I track my order?

As noted in our Shipping Policy, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take 24–48 hours for updates to appear on the tracking link. If you encounter issues, contact us at info@stonedmaiden.com.

How does the Gem Club work?

Join the Gem Club by creating a Gem Account to earn points on every purchase, both online and in-store, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Redeem your points at checkout using a coupon code sent to you upon redemption.

  • For in-store purchases, email a photo of your receipt to info@stonedmaiden.com to have your points added to your account.

  • Gem Club points currently do not expire.
